Check Availability
The Check Availability page enables you to check availability of a location for a function. You can check whether the required site and location are available on the selected date to host a specific function such as a wedding reception, corporate meeting or private party.
You can create a new event using the
option.You can click the ellipses icon on this page to:
- View an event calendar, using option.
- View a list of functions, using the option.
- View a list of events, using the option.
- View a list of master events, using the option.
- View the location capacity that can be utilized for a function, using the option. You can also view already booked Functions for the selected site, date, and time.
- View the usage of the configured inventory, using the option.
