Checking availability of a package for a function or an event
- Select Events. The Events Calendar page is displayed.
- Click the chevron-down icon corresponding to the Availability Options section in the panel.
- Click the Check Package Availability option. The Check Package Availability page is displayed.
- Specify this information:
- Site
- The site for which you require to check the availability of package to organize a function or an event.
- Date
- The date for which you require to check the availability of the package.
- Start Time Between
- The start time of the event for which you require to check the availability of the function(s) or event package.
- And
- The end time of the event for which you require to check the availability of the function(s) or event package.
- Attendance
- The number of guests attending the function or event.
- Package Type
- The type of the package associated with the function or event.
- Select a package for which you wish to check availability.
- Click Check Package Availability. The available slots are displayed.
- Select an appropriate slot in the Available Package Time Slots section.
- Click Book Event. The Event page is displayed.
- Specify required information.
- Click Save.
