Checking availability of a package for a function or an event

  1. Select Events. The Events Calendar page is displayed.
  2. Click the chevron-down icon corresponding to the Availability Options section in the panel.
  3. Click the Check Package Availability option. The Check Package Availability page is displayed.
  4. Specify this information:
    Site
    The site for which you require to check the availability of package to organize a function or an event.
    Date
    The date for which you require to check the availability of the package.
    Start Time Between
    The start time of the event for which you require to check the availability of the function(s) or event package.
    And
    The end time of the event for which you require to check the availability of the function(s) or event package.
    Attendance
    The number of guests attending the function or event.
    Package Type
    The type of the package associated with the function or event.
  5. Select a package for which you wish to check availability.
  6. Click Check Package Availability. The available slots are displayed.
  7. Select an appropriate slot in the Available Package Time Slots section.
  8. Click Book Event. The Event page is displayed.
  9. Specify required information.
  10. Click Save.
