Adding or modifying hierarchical authorization to a user
- Select Settings > Users > User Settings > Manage User Hierarchy Authorization..The Manage User Hierarchy Authorizations page is displayed.
- 
				Click New. The Edit
						Manage User Hierarchy Authorizations page is displayed.
				Note: You can modify the details of the existing hierarchical authorization to the user, using the Edit option.
- 
				Specify this information in the Authorization Details
					section:
				- Name
- The name of the user to whom the hierarchical authorization is provided.
- Description
- The description of the hierarchical authorization provided to the user.
- Level Type
- The type of organizational level (Enterprise/Division/Region/Business Unit/Site) hierarchy provided to the user.
 
- 
				Select the appropriate options in the fields in the Viewable and
						Editable Hierarchy Levels section.
				Note: The fields in this section are enabled based on the value selected in the Level Type field.
- Click Save.
