Cancellation Reasons

The Cancellation Reasons page enables you to provide a reason for cancelling the event guest list booking. This page displays the description for the cancellation of the booking and indicated whether the reason is defined in the Master List site. You can also view whether cancellation reason is visible in the guest portal.

The data displayed on this page is based on the values specified in the Division and Site fields.

You can also use this page to:
  • Add a reason for cancelling the event guest list booking, using the New option.
  • Modify the details of an existing booking cancellation reason, using the Edit option.
