Modifying an activity type

  1. Select Settings > Reservations > Activity Types. The Activity Types page is displayed.
  2. Select a Division and a Site to which an activity type is added that you require to modify.
    Note: If you require to modify an activity type that is added to the Master List site, you can modify the activity type only through the Master List site.
  3. Click Edit in the Actions section corresponding to the name of the activity type you require to modify. The Edit Activity Type page is displayed.
  4. Modify the required details.
    Note: 
    • You can specify a value in the Unused Capacity Limit field to limit the number of assets that can be used.
    • If the Use Site Default option is selected, the value specified on the Unused Capacity Limit (by Activity Type) page for this option is used.
    • If the No Limit option is selected, no value is specified for the number of assets that can be used.
  5. Click Save.
