Managing alternate labels of an event lifecycle stage

  1. Select Settings > Events > Manage Event Lifecycle Status Name. The Event Lifecycle Status Settings page is displayed.
  2. Click Edit in the required section for which the alternate status name and status action must be added or modified.
  3. Specify the alternate status name and status action in the Label fields.
  4. Select the Active check box to enable the Lifecycle stage.
    Note: 
    • By default, this check box is cleared.
    • This check box cannot be disabled when the Event Lifecycle status is set to New, Closed, Cancelled.
  5. Click Save.
