Modifying multiple functions
		- 
				Select Events. The Events calendar
					page is displayed.

				Double click an event. The Event details page is displayed.
			
- 
				Select Edit Functions in the
						Functions section. The Edit
						Functions page is displayed..
			
- 
				Select the functions you require to modify.
			
- 
				Click Mass Edit Selected Functions.
					The Mass Edit Selected Functions window is displayed.
			
- 
				Modify the required details. 
				
					Note: 
						
							- The modifications are applicable to all the functions selected to
								modify.
- The attendance related details of functions are updated only when
								the Auto Attendance check
								box is cleared for functions. When this check box is selected, the
								values specified manually are not displayed. When this check box is
								cleared, the values specified manually are still not displayed.
- If you select the Keep Original
									Value option in the Function Type field or the Setup Style field, the existing
								values are retained for selected functions.

				Click Save.
