Guest List

This section displays a guest list for reservations that must be assigned to an asset. You can review details such as the name of the reservation, the time when the reservation is booked, and the arrival time of the guest.

The floor plan view displayed in the Guest List section, wherein tables are color-coded to indicate when servers have been assigned. The name of the server is displayed in the floor plan window to identify the server assigned to the table.

Note: You can view the name of the server, only if you assign servers to tables when preparing for services and when the Display Server Alias with Table Number check box is selected in Settings.

You can click a guest row to view information related to preferences, comments, and requests of the reservation. You can click gameplan_icon to highlight the asset that meets the criteria for the reservation.

You can double click a guest row to display the arrival time of the guest(s). You can also double click the guest row to remove the arrival time of guest(s) who have not arrived yet.

You can use this section to:
  • Book a new reservation, using plus_icon
    Note: You can also book a reservation using the asset icon displayed on the Floor Plan. The reservation can be booked based on the status set in the floor plan window. The guest arrival time is displayed only for the Paged and Pre-Assigned reservation status. The reservation details are displayed in the mini guest list.
  • View the details related to a specific reservation, using info_icon.
