Adding or modifying service fee rate

  1. Select Settings > Event Financials > Manage Service Fee Rates.The Service Fee Rates page is displayed.
  2. Select a division and a site to which the service fee rate must be added.
    Note: If you select the Master List site to add a service fee rate, the service fee rate is added to all the sites.
  3. Click New. The Edit Service Fee Rate page is displayed.
    Note: You can also modify an existing service fee rate, using the Edit option corresponding to the service fee rate.
  4. Specify this information in the Service Fee Rate Details section:
    Service Fee Name
    The name of the service fee to which the rates are added.
    Effective Date
    The date from when the service fee rates are applicable.
    Service Fee Option 1 Name (%)
    The rate percentage of the service fee.
  5. Click Save.
