Assigning or modifying a user to a reservation personnel role
    
		- 
				Select .The Personnel page is displayed. 
			
- 
				Select a division and a site for which a user is assigned to a role.
			
- 
				Click New. The Edit
						Personnel page is displayed.
				
					Note: 
						
							- You can modify details of an existing personnel role assigned to the
								user, using the Edit
								option.
- You can view the Active
								check box to activate the role only when you modify the details of
								the role.
 
 
 
- Specify this information:
				
					
						- First Name
- The first name of the user.
- Last Name
- The last name of the user.
- Alias
- The alias name of the user.
- Email Address
- The email address of the user to whom the email must be
								sent.
- User
- The name of the user to whom the personnel role is
								assigned.
- Phone Number
- The phone number of the user.
- Mobile Phone
- The mobile phone number of the user.
- Fax Number
- The fax number of the user.
- Personnel Roles
- The personnel roles that must be assigned to the
								user.

				Click Save.
