Function Types / Check Averages
The Function Types page enables you to define the type of function (dinner, lunch, wedding reception, breakfast, break out, etc.) being planned as a part of an event.
You can also specify an average cost per person for each function type. This cost helps estimate the total projected cost of the event before specific services (food, decor, or entertainment) are added or moving to the Complete Event Order stage in the lifecycle.
The data displayed on this page is based on the values specified in the Division and Site fields.
The page displays data related to the function types and indicates whether the function types are defined in the Master List site. You can also view whether the function types are visible in the Guest List Guest Portal, Event Lead Guest Portal, or Online Ordering Guest Portal.
