Importing service item records

  1. Select Settings > Event Services > Import Service Item Records. The Import Service Items page is displayed.
  2. Click the required field reference in the Spreadsheet Column Labels section for copying the field reference to a spreadsheet file.
  3. Click Upload Photos to upload one or more photos in the Service Item Photos section.
  4. Use these options in the Import Service Items section:
    • Division: The division in which the service item record is saved.
    • Site: The site in which the service item record is saved.
    • Spreadsheet: To import the data associated with service item records in a spreadsheet file.
    • Test: To import the spreadsheet file for verifying whether the spreadsheet file is configured correctly.
    • Apply Updates: To import the file for updating the database permanently.
  5. Click Import.
