Managing the volume contract page layout

  1. Select Settings > Guest Rooms Control > Manage Volume Contract Page Layout. The Manage Volume Contract Page Layout page is displayed.
    Note: The data displayed on this page is based on the value specified in the Division field.
  2. Drag and drop the available fields in the Volume Contract Details section.
  3. Click Save.
    Note: You can track guest rooms revenue and interface with Property Management Systems (PMS) for guest rooms bookings, all guest rooms bookings must be a part of an Event/Guest Rooms Block. Hence, when a Volume Contract is created, a Master Event is also automatically created. This Master Event displays all the events/blocks that has the actual guest rooms bookings.
