Adding or modifying a workflow action
- 
				Select a value in the Action Type
					field on the Add/Edit Workflow Action page. Possible
					values:
				- Create TaskIf this value is selected in the Action Type field, the additional fields are displayed. You must specify this information: - Task Assigned To
- Select the name to whom the new task is being assigned.
- Task Name
- Select the name to whom the new task is being assigned.
- Task Name
- The name of the task.
- Task Description
- The task description.
 
- Send EmailIf this value is selected in the Action Type field, the additional fields are displayed. You must specify this information: - Send to Owner
- Select this check box to send email to the workflow rule owner.
- Send to Salesperson
- Select this check box to send email to salesperson.
- Send to Contact with Role
- The contact to whom the email must be sent.
- Distribution Lists
- The email is sent to the group in the distribution list.
- Send Email From
- The email account from which the email is sent.
- Confirmation Email Template
- The confirmation email template that is used for
										sending the email.Note: You can use the Manage Email Templates page from the Settings functionality to create the email template.
 
- Send WebhookIf this value is selected in the Action Type field, the Webhook Action field is displayed. You must select an appropriate value in the Webhook Action field. 
- Update FieldsIf this value is selected in the Action Type field, the Add/Edit Field Update Values section is displayed. You must add the required field and the field value. 
 
- Create Task
- Specify the description of the workflow action in the Action Description field.
- Select the Is Active check box to enable the workflow action.
- Click Save.
