Contact Roles

The Contact Roles page enables you to add a contact role when creating a master event, reservation, membership, member lead or event lead. The contact role defines the type of contact interacting with the specific business that is assigned to the role.

The data displayed on this page is based on the values specified in the Division and Site fields.

This page displays the name of the contact role and indicates whether the preference is defined in the Master List site.

You can also use this page to:
  • Add a contact role, using the New option.
  • Modify the details of an existing contact role, using the Edit option.
