The Workflow Rules page enables you to add workflow rules for business types such as reservation, function, or event..

Workflow are used for sending emails, generating a task, updating a field, or sending a webhook to send an update to a third party application through an integration. These actions are triggered based on the criteria set up in the Workflow functionality.

You can use this page to view details related to the workflow rule such as type of business, name, description, and owner of the workflow rule and whether the workflow rule is active and defined in the Master List site.

The data displayed on this page is based on the values specified in the Division and Site fields.

You can also use this page to:
  • Add a workflow rule, using the New option.
  • Modify the details of an existing workflow rule, using the Edit option.
  • Delete the details of workflow rule, using the Delete option.
