Manage Locations

The Manage Locations page displays a list of location name, abbreviation of the names, maximum capacity guests the location can accommodate, and indicates whether the name of the location is displayed in the guest portal. To access this page, select Settings > Enterprise > Manage Locations.

The data displayed on this is based on the value selected in the Site field.

On this page, you can:

  • Create a new location, using the New option.
  • Rearrange the order of the location name in the list, using the Reorder option.
  • Modify the name of the location, using the Edit option.
  • Modify the dependent location, using the Edit Dependencies option.
  • Modify the capacity related data of the location, using the Edit Capacities option.
