Guest Rooms Bookings

This section displays the information related to guest rooms booked for the guest rooms blocks of the event. You can view the details such as the average rate of the booked rooms and the type of the guest rooms booked.

You can use this section to:

• Book a guest room for a guest rooms block, using the Add/Edit Guest Rooms Booking or Add Guest Rooms Booking (Classic) option.
  Note: The option to add guest rooms booking is displayed only when a guest rooms block is added to the Guest Rooms Blocks section.
• Move the guest rooms bookings to another date, using the Move All Bookings option.
• View the guest rooms block details, using the View Guest Rooms Block option.
• Modify the guest rooms block details, using the Edit Guest Rooms Block option.
• Modify the guest rooms bookings details in the old view, using the Edit Guest Rooms Bookings (Classic) option.
• View a guest rooms booking, using the View option.
• Modify a guest rooms booking in the new view, using the Edit option.
• Delete a guest rooms booking, using the Delete option.
• Move a booking to another date, using the Move option.
• Copy the counts and rates of one booking to another booking(s), using the Copy Counts/Rates option.
