Adding or modifying a reservation personnel role

  1. Select Settings > Personnel > Reservation Personnel Roles. The Personnel Roles page is displayed.
  2. Select a division and a site for which a reservation personnel role must be added.
  3. Click New. The Edit Personnel Role page is displayed.
    Note: You can modify the details of an existing reservation personnel role, using the Edit option.
  4. Specify the name for the reservation personnel role in the Personnel Role field.
  5. Click Save.
