Modifying the room rental amount

  1. Select Settings > Event Financials > Room Rental > Default Room Rental Amounts. The Room Rentals page is displayed.
  2. Click Edit corresponding to location name to modify the default room rental amount. The Edit Room Rental page is displayed.
  3. Modify this information in the Room Rental Details section:
    Location
    The location for which the room rental is charged.
    Note: This data in this field cannot be modified.
    Rental
    The room rental amount.
    Cost
    The cost associated with acquiring, operating, or maintaining a specific location for the site.
    Minimum Charge
    The minimum charge the guest is required to pay for using the location for the event.
  4. Click Save.
