Modifying the room rental amount
- Select Settings > Event Financials > Room Rental > Default Room Rental Amounts. The Room Rentals page is displayed.
- Click Edit corresponding to location name to modify the default room rental amount. The Edit Room Rental page is displayed.

Modify this information in the Room Rental Details section:
- Location
- The location for which the room rental is charged.Note: This data in this field cannot be modified.
- Rental
- The room rental amount.
- Cost
- The cost associated with acquiring, operating, or maintaining a specific location for the site.
- Minimum Charge
- The minimum charge the guest is required to pay for using the location for the event.
- Click Save.
