Adding or modifying quota average rates details of a salesperson by event type

  1. Select Settings > Guest Rooms Control > Quota Average Rates - By Site / Event Type. The Guest Rooms Control: Quota Average Rates – By Site / Event Type page is displayed.
  2. Select a fiscal year, site, and event type. The quota average rates of salespersons and the site budget for the selected fiscal year, site, and event type are displayed.
  3. Click Edit. The Guest Rooms Control: Quota Average Rates – By Site / Event Type page is displayed.
  4. Add or modify the quota average rate of a salesperson and the site budget for each month.
  5. Click Save.
