Adding an email account

  1. Select Settings > Users > Edit My Email Accounts.
  2. Click Add. The Email Accounts page is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Description
    A description for the email account.
    Forward To Address:
    This should be set to your email address, the address you would like to receive all correspondence sent through the SCS software.
    ISC Address:
    The address that will be seen by your customers when you send out an email. The @mail.reservecloud.com portion of the address is required to track communication sent from the software.
    From Address label
    The name that will be associated with this email address when it is sent out.
    Active
    Select this check box to indicate that the email ID is active.
    Default
    Select this checkbox to set the email ID as the default.
  4. Click Save
