SGI

The Single Guest Itinerary (SGI) is an interface, used by hotels with restaurants, that enables you to book a room and reserve a table through a single interface. For restaurants that are only available to guests of the hotel, SGI can confirm that guests have hotel booking before allowing the reservation of a table in the restaurant. The SGI interface is a part of SCS that enables communication between SCS and HMS. SCS supports activity reservation information to be sent to HMS for the Single Guest Itinerary (SGI).
