Creating a site
- Select Settings > Enterprise > Manage Sites. The Manage Sites page is displayed.
- Select a Business Unit to which a site must be added.

Click New. The Edit
Site page is displayed.
Note: You can modify an existing site, using the Edit option corresponding to the name of the site.

Specify this information in the Site Details
section:
- Name
- The name of the site.
- Address Line 1
- The address of the site.
- City
- The city wherein the site is located.
- State/Province
- The state or province of the site.
- Zip Code
- The zip code of the site.
- Country
- The country wherein the site is located.
- Phone Number
- The phone number of the site.
- Fax Number
- The fax number of the site.
- The official email address of the site.
- Website
- The website of the site.
- Short Name
- A short name of the site.
- Site Code
- The code of the site.
- Site Support ID
- The support ID that is linked to the site in the Infor Customer Portal.
- Site Types
- The type of the site.Note: You can select one or more site types in this field.
- Site Time Zone
- The time zone of the site.
- Module
- The module in which the site can be accessed.
- Active
- Select the check box to set the site active.
- Logo
- The logo of the site.
- Alternate Name
- The alternate name of the site.
- Alternate Address Line 1
- The alternate address of the site.
- Alternate City
- The alternate city wherein the site is located.
- Alternate State/Province
- The alternate state or province of the site.
- Alternate Zip Code
- The alternate zip code of the site.
- Alternate Country
- The alternate country name wherein the site is located.
- Alternate Phone
- The alternate phone number of the site.
- Alternate Fax
- The alternate fax number of the site.
- Specify the required information in the Foreign Language and Currency Detailssections.
- Select the Prevent Duplicate Concurrent Option Holds check box to restrict an event within the site to overlap with another function of an event with the same date and option hold status.

Specify this information in the Vantiv/Worldpay Credit Card
Details section:
- Vantiv/Worldpay Processing Enabled
- Select this check box to enable the Vantiv/Worldpay credit card processor for this site.
- Vantiv/Worldpay AVS Enabled
- Select this check box to enable additional verification process of a charge
based on the billing address and CVV of the credit card.Note: If you select this check box, a zero dollar authorization is used when the credit card is processed.
- Vantiv/Worldpay Account ID
- The account ID of the credit card processor for this site.
- Vantiv/Worldpay Account Token
- The account token of the credit card processor for this site.
- Vantiv/Worldpay Acceptor ID
- The acceptor ID of the credit card processor for this site.
- Vantiv/Worldpay Terminal ID
- The terminal ID of the credit card processor for this site.
Note: The administrator or user can use the Verify Vantiv/Worldpay Settings option to validate the account information. -
Specify this information in the Authorize.Net Credit Card
Details section:
- Authorize.Net Processing Enabled
- Select this check box to enable the Authorize.Net credit card processor for this site.
- Authorize.Net API Login ID
- The login ID of the credit card processor for this site.
- Authorize.Net Transaction Key
- The transaction key of the credit card processor for this site.
Note: The administrator or user can use the Verify Authorize.Net Settings option to validate the account information. -
Specify this information in the Sertifi eSignature and ePayment
Details section:
- Sertifi Processing Enabled
- Select this check box to enable the processing of Sertifi credit card for this site.
- Sertifi API Key
- The API key of the credit card processor for this site.
- Sertifi Web Service Push Target URL
- The web service push target URL of the credit card processor for this site.

Specify this information in the FreedomPay Credit Card
Details section:
- FreedomPay Processing Enabled
- Select this check box to enable the processing of FreedomPay credit card for this site.
- FreedomPay Store ID
- The store ID of the credit card processor for this site.
- FreedomPay Terminal ID
- The terminal ID of the credit card processor for this site.
- FreedomPay ESKey
- The additional security key linked to the FreedomPay account for a site.

Click Save.
Note:
- You can also copy the details of the business unit, using the Copy Details From Business Unit option.
- You can view the details related to Stripe credit card in the Stripe Credit Card Details section.
