Setting color codes for event lifecycle stages

  1. Select Settings > Events > Manage Lifecycle Event Calendar Colors. The Event Calendar Look and Feel page is displayed.
  2. Select a required Event Calendar Color code for the Event Status in the Enterprise section.
  3. Select the Site for which the Event Status colors are configured.
    Note: 
    • By default, the Site displays the Enterprise colors until the event status colors for site are not changed.
    • The color codes set in this section are displayed on the Event calendar page.
  4. Click the Blue arrow in the Inherit Color from Enterprise column to customize the Event Status color for the selected Site.
    Note: 
    • The blue color arrow indicates that the sites inherit the Enterprise color codes.
    • By default, the black color arrow in the Inherit Color from Enterprise column indicates that the Event Calendar Color code for the Event Status can be modified.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Click Done.
