Reservation Personnel Roles
The Reservation Personnel Roles page enables you to create a reservation personnel role for managing reservations to schedule events. The reservation personnel roles are selected in the Personnel section on the Reservation Details page.
The page displays the name of the role and indicates whether the role is defined in the Master List site. The data displayed on this page is based on the values specified in the Division and Site fields.
You can also use this page to:
- Add a reservation personnel role, using the option.
- Modify the details of an existing reservation personnel role, using the option.
- Delete the details of the reservation personnel role, using the option.
