Managing HAPI PMS Interface

Select Settings > Interfaces > Manage HAPI PMS Interface. The Manage HAPI PMS Interface page is displayed.

Select a division and a site for which the HAPI PMS interface must be managed.

Note:

For each Site that uses the HAPI interface, a default salesperson required to be designated. See Managing the details of a default salesperson.
A gateway agent and user must be created to authenticate HAPI and secure data flow to Infor SCS.
The gateway agent role must have the required permission to navigate to Guest Room Control. see Manage Gateway Agents and Manager Users.

Specify this information:

HAPI PMS Interface Enabled: Select this check box to enable HAPI PMS interface.
Channel ID: A unique ID derived from the Opera system to authenticate the HAPI connections.
Chain Code: A unique ID derived from the Opera system to authenticate the HAPI connections.
Property Code: A unique ID derived from the Opera system to authenticate the HAPI connections.
Cancel Code: A unique ID derived from the Opera system to authenticate the HAPI connections.

Click Save.
