Manage Event Personnel

The Manage Event Personnel page enables you to assign a user to an event personnel role that is created.

The page displays data such as alias for the name, role summary and name of the user assigned to the event personnel role and indicates whether the user details are defined in the Master List site and are active. The data displayed on this page is based on the values specified in the Division and Site fields You can select Include Inactive check box to view the inactive user record.

You can also use this page to:
  • Assign a user to an event personnel role, using the New option.
  • Modify the details of the existing event personnel role assigned to the user, using the Edit option.
  • Delete the details of the event personnel role, using the Delete option.
