Functions

This section displays the information related to functions organized as a part of the event. You can view the details such as the location, start and end time of the function, the type of room rental rate,, and rental amount.

You can use this section to:

  • Create a new function, using the New Function option.
  • Create a duplicate of the existing functions, using the Copy Selected Functions option.
  • Modify one or more functions, using the Edit Functions option.
  • Modify one or more functions, using the Mass Edit Selected Functions option.
  • Cancel one or more functions, using the Cancel Selected Functions option.
  • Modify the view, using the settings icon.
  • Cancel a function, using the Cancel Function option in the Actions section, corresponding to the start date of the function.
  • Add service menus in the new view, using the Service Menus (New) option.
  • Add service menus in the old view, using the Services Menus (Classic) option.
