Configuring default charges for room rental

  1. Select Settings > Event Financials > Room Rentals > Use System Room Rental Defaults.The Use System Room Rental Defaults page is displayed.
  2. Select a division and a site for which the default room rent is applied.
  3. Select the Use System Room Rental Defaults check box to retrieve the room rental charges automatically. The minimum charge can also be retrieved when modifying or copying a function and changing the date or location of the function.
  4. Click Save.
