Activating a gateway agent

  1. Select Settings > Users > User Settings > Manage Gateway Agents.The Manage Gateway Agents page is displayed.
  2. Select the Include Inactive check box to view the inactive records.
  3. Specify the gateway agent username or description to search for a specific gateway agent record.
  4. Click Edit. The Edit Gateway Agent page is displayed.
  5. Select the Active check box to activate the gateway agent record.
  6. Click Save.
