Associating an activity category with an activity category type

  1. Select Settings > Activities, Tasks and Appointments > Associate Activity Category/ Activity Category Type. The Associate Activity Category / Activity Category Type page is displayed.
  2. Select a Division and a Site.
    Note: You can associate the activity category and the activity category type through the Master List site. This is possible only when the activity category and the activity category type are added to the Master List site.
  3. Click Edit in the Actions section corresponding to an activity category for associating an activity category type. The Associate Activity Category / Activity Category Type page is displayed.
  4. Select an activity category type in the Activity Category Type field.
  5. Click Save.
