Exporting events to Google Calendar

  1. Select Settings > Users > Manage Google Calendar Settings.The Manage Google Calendar Exports page is displayed.
  2. Click Sign in with Google. The Sign in with Google window is displayed.
  3. Specify an email address.
  4. Click Next. The Sign in with Google page is displayed for specifying password.
  5. Specify the password of the email address.
  6. Click Next. The Sign in with Google page is displayed.
  7. Click Continue. The Sign in with Google page is displayed.
  8. Click Allow to provide access to the application. The Export Events to Google Calendar page is displayed.
  9. Select the appropriate value in the Business Type field for exporting the details to Google Calendar.
  10. Click Next. The Export Events to Google Calendar page is displayed.
  11. Specify this information in the Calendar Properties section:
    Description
    A brief description for Google Calendar.
    Choose Google Calendar
    The Google calendar wherein the events must be exported.
    Create New Google Calendar
    Select this check box to create a new Google calendar.
    Note: If you select this check box, the Choose Google Calendar field is disabled.
    New Google Calendar Name
    The name of the new Google Calendar.
    Active
    Select this check box to ensure the Google Calendar is active.
    Hide Details
    Select this check box to hide event details except the date and time of the event.
  12. Click Add Filter to add or modify filters as required in the Filter Criteria section.
  13. Click Save. The Export Events to Google Calendar page is displayed.
  14. Click Done. The Manage Google Calendar Exports page is displayed.
  15. Click Done. The Settings page is displayed.
