Resetting a gateway agent password

  1. Select Settings > Users > User Settings > Manage Gateway Agents.The Manage Gateway Agents page is displayed.
  2. Click Change Password. The Change Password/Unlock User page is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Password
    The reset password that is used as a user authentication for accessing the application.
    Verify Password
    The revalidation of the password to ensure whether the specified password matches the password that is recorded.
    Locked
    Select this check box to lock the password.
  4. Click Save.
