Resetting a gateway agent password
- Select Settings > Users > User Settings > Manage Gateway Agents.The Manage Gateway Agents page is displayed.
- Click Change Password. The Change Password/Unlock User page is displayed.
- Specify this information:
- Password
- The reset password that is used as a user authentication for accessing the application.
- Verify Password
- The revalidation of the password to ensure whether the specified password matches the password that is recorded.
- Locked
- Select this check box to lock the password.
- Click Save.
