Copying an Email Template

  1. Select Settings > Correspondence > Manage Email Templates. The Manage Email Templates page is displayed.
  2. Click Copy. The Edit Email Template page is displayed.
  3. Edit the information such as Name, Description, Business Type, Document Type, Subject, and Body. Also specify the Folder where you want to create the copy of the email template.
  4. Click Save.
    Note: This will create a duplicate template on the new location with the new details.
