Adding a guest rooms booking in the old view

  1. Select Events. The Events calendar page is displayed.
  2. Double click an event name. The Event details page is displayed.
  3. Click Add Guest Rooms Booking (Classic) in the Guest Rooms Bookings section. The Guest Rooms Booking page is displayed.
  4. Select one or more dates on which the guest rooms must be booked in the Select Dates section.
  5. Select one or more room types and specify room rates and bundle rates for the room type(s) in the Room Mix section.
    Note: 
    • You can also specify the number of room counts for room type(s) on the Contracted, Blocked, Forecast, and Pickup tabs.
    • If you specify a room rate of a single room count, the rates of double, triple, and quad room counts are automatically specified based on the rate of single room count specified on this page and the values specified in the Auto Rate Increases section on the Multi Edit Guest Rooms Rates page.
  6. Click Continue. The Guest Rooms Booking page is displayed.
    Note: You can specify details such as the number of complimentary rooms and guests on this page.
  7. Click Save.
