Adding or modifying a service item category

  1. Select Settings > Event Services > Manage Service Item Categories. The Service Item Categories page is displayed.
  2. Select a division and a site to which a service item category must be added.
    Note: If the value in the Site field is set to Master List, to add a service item category, this setting is applicable for all the sites.
  3. Click New. The Edit Service Item Category page is displayed.
    Note: You can modify an existing service item category, using the Edit option corresponding to the name of the service item category.
  4. Specify a name for the service item category in the Service Item Category field.
  5. Click Save.
