Activating the reservation guest portal site

  1. Select Settings > Reservations > Manage Reservation Guest Portal Site Activation. The Manage Reservation Guest Portal Site Activation page is displayed.
  2. Select a division and a site for which you require to activate the site of the reservation guest portal.
  3. Specify this information in the Activate Reservation Guest Portal section:
    Maximum Party Size
    The maximum number of guests that can be accommodated booked for a reservation through in the reservation guest portal.
    Display Party Mix
    Select this check box to view the party mix and the related prices (if applicable) for the reservation(s) with a service period that includes a party mix package.
    Minimum Hours In Advance
    The minimum number of hours prior to the reservation start time from which a reservation can be booked in the reservation guest portal.
    Maximum Days In Advance
    The maximum number of days prior to the reservation date from which a reservation can be booked in the reservation guest portal.
    Default Reservationist
    The reservationist displayed by default in the guest portal.
    Send Email Confirmation to Contact
    Select this check box to send a confirmation email to the contact.
    From Email Account
    The email account from which the confirmation email is sent.
    Confirmation Email Template
    The template for confirmation email.
    Your Website URL
    The website URL where the guest hosts the portal plug-in.
    Note: The URL is used for additional security. Thus, if the portal is embedded to a different website that does not match the URL in this field, the portal fails to load.
  4. Click Activate to activate the reservation guest portal and copy the required HTML codes embed that onto the website when the portal is activated.
  5. Click Save.
