Specifying a message

  1. Select Settings > Reservation Floor Management > SMS Messages. The SMS Messages page is displayed.
  2. Select a division and a site for which the messages are displayed.
  3. Specify a message that must be sent to a guest when the status of the reservation is changed to Arrived in the Confirmation Message field.
    Note: You can use these merge fields:
    • ${siteShortName} to insert a short name of the site.
    • ${statusLink} to insert a link that enables the guest to view the current wait status of the guest.
  4. Specify a message that is to be sent to a guest when the status of the reservation is changed to Paged in the Asset is Ready Message field.
    Note: You can use these merge fields:
    • ${asset} to insert the name of the asset.
    • ${section} to insert the name of the section.
    • ${confirmLink} to insert a link that enables the guest to confirm that the guest is booked for the reservation.
    • ${declineLink} to insert a link that enables the guest to decline the page. If the page is declined, the reservation is indicated as a no show, with the No Show Declined status.
  5. Click Save.
