Function Financial Details

The Function Financial Details page displays the financial information related to a specific function. You can also use this page to view, add, or modify information such as the deposits scheduled, payments received, and additional service fees.

This page comprises of sections such as Function Total Charges, Function Margins, and Payments Received.

You can select the appropriate option in the Show Details for Function field to view or modify the financial details.

You can use this page to:
  • Return to the function details page, using the View Function Details option.
  • View service details related to the function, using the View Services option.
  • View the total charges of the function based on the revenue center categories when the Display By Revenue Center Category check box is selected.
