Deactivating a user

  1. Select Settings > User > Manage Users.
  2. Click Deactivate. The Deactivate User and Reassign Ownership page is displayed.
  3. Specify the new user to assume the ownership under User To Assume Ownership field.
  4. Select the required check boxes under Reassign Business Data Ownership section for the items which must be assigned to the new owner.
    Note: Items having a date can only be reassigned after the specified time. Items with specific date are marked with asterisk.
  5. Click Save.
