Local negotiated rate plan
You can select a Site and rate plan from the Volume Contract Details page to add a local negotiated rate plans for the contract. You can select the rate plan defined in the settings for the specific site or can create a new rate plan using the Add New Rate Plan check box.
Volume Contract Details
The Volume Contract related data are displayed on the Reports, Documents and Email templates and includes:
- Blocked Average Rate
- The Blocked Contract Value divided by the Blocked Total Room Nights.
- Blocked Contract Value
- Calculated by multiplying the Blocked room count for each occupancy type by the room rate for that type and summing this value for each booking in the contract.
- Blocked Total Room Nights
- The sum of all Blocked room counts in all bookings in the contract.
- Contracted Average Rate
- The Contracted Contract Value divided by the Contracted Total Room Nights.
- Contracted Contract Value
- Calculated by multiplying the Contracted room count for each occupancy type by the room rate for that type and summing this value for each booking in the contract.
- Contracted Total Room Nights
- The sum of all Contracted room counts in all bookings in the contract.
- Forecasted Contract Value
- The Forecasted Average Rate multiplied by the Forecasted Total Room Nights.
- Forecasted Total Room Nights
- The Forecasted Room Nights Per Month multiplied by the total number of months that the contract spans.
- Pickup Average Rate
- The Pickup Contract Value divided by the Pickup Total Room Nights.
- Pickup Contract Value
- Calculated by multiplying the Pickup room count for each occupancy type by the room rate for that type and summing this value for each booking in the contract.
- Pickup Total Room Nights
- The sum of all Pickup room counts in all bookings in the contract.
