Adding or modifying a settlement type

  1. Select Settings > Guest Rooms Control > Settlement Types. The Settlement Types page is displayed.
  2. Select a division and a site to which a settlement type must be added.
    Note: If you select the Master List site to add a settlement type, the settlement type is added to all the sites.
  3. Click New. The Edit Settlement Type page is displayed.
    Note: You can modify an existing settlement type, using the Edit option corresponding to the name of the settlement type.
  4. Specify a name of the settlement type in the Settlement Type field.
  5. Specify a code of the settlement type (optional) in the Field Code field.
  6. Click Save.
