Adding or modifying an event type

  1. Select Settings > Events > Event Types. The Event Types page is displayed.
  2. Select a division and a site to which an event type must be added.
    Note: If the value in the Site field is set to Master List, to add an event type, this setting is applicable for all the sites.
  3. Click New. The Edit Event Type page is displayed.
    Note: You can modify an existing event type, using the Edit option corresponding to the name of the event type.
  4. Specify this information:
    Event Type Name
    The name of the event type.
    Field Code
    The code used for mapping the field to integrated applications.
    Event Calendar Color
    The color assigned to the event type.
    Visible In Guest Portal
    Select this check box to view the event type in the guest portal.
  5. Click Save.
