Scheduling a report job

  1. Select Reports. The Reports page is displayed.
  2. Click View Scheduled Report Jobs. The Scheduled Report Jobs page is displayed.
  3. Click New Scheduled Report Job. The Scheduled Report Job page is displayed.
  4. Specify this information in the Report Job Details section:
    Name
    The name of the scheduled report job.
    Scheduled Start Time
    The time at which the report is scheduled to be generated.
    Owner
    The user who creates the scheduled report job.
    Run Daily
    Select this check box to run the scheduled report job daily.
    Run Weekly
    Select this check box to run the scheduled report job weekly.
    Note: 
    • If you select this check box, the Weekly Details section is displayed.
    • You can select the day(s), in the Weekly Details section, on which the schedule report job must run.
    Run Monthly
    Select this check box to run the scheduled report job monthly.
    Note: 
    • If you select this check box, the Monthly Details section is displayed.
    • You can select one of the check boxes and set the data in the Monthly Details section to run the report on a specific day of each month.
  5. Select a folder and a report in the Selected Report section.
    Note: The reports displayed are based on the selected folder.
  6. Specify this information in the Report Parameters section:
    Report Date Range
    The date range between which the report runs.
    Export Format
    The format in which the report is generated such as a PDF document or an excel spreadsheet.
  7. Select the Email Report Job Results check box to email the results of the scheduled report job.
    Note: If this check box is selected, additional fields are displayed to specify additional information.
  8. Select the Upload to Google Drive check box in the Google Drive section to upload the report to google drive.
    Note: If this check box is selected, additional fields are displayed to specify additional information.
  9. Click Save.
