Adding or modifying disabled date range of event package booking

  1. Select Settings > Events > Manage Event Package Disabled Dates. The Manage Event Package Disabled Dates page is displayed.
  2. Select a division and a site to disable a date of event package booking.
  3. Click New. The Edit Event Package Disabled Date page is displayed.
    Note: You can modify the existing disabled date of event package booking, using the Edit option corresponding to the start date of the disabled date.
  4. Specify this information:
    Start Date
    The start date from which the event package booking is disabled.
    End Date
    The end date up to which the event package booking is disabled.
    Disabled Message
    The reason for disabling the date range.
    Disable for SCS Package Bookings
    Select this check box to disable the selected date range for the event package booking in Infor SCS.
    Disable for Internet Package Bookings
    Select this check box to disable booking of the event package, for a selected date range, in the Online Booking SSP and Event Package Guest Portal.
  5. Click Save.
