Logging guest rooms activity or external email
- Click to view the menu on the Guest Rooms Control calendar page.
- Select View Guest Rooms Block List from the menu displayed. The Guest Rooms Block List page is displayed.
- Click a guest rooms block name. The Guest Rooms Block details page is displayed.
- Click Log Activity in the Communication History section. The Log Activity page is displayed.

Specify this information in the Activity Details
section:
- Owner
- The owner of the guest rooms block activity.
- Contact
- The contact person for the guest rooms block activity or external email.
- Related Business Type
- The type of related business.
- Related Business Name
- The name of the related business.
- Date
- The date of the activity or external email.
- Activity / Email
- The type of log.
- Category
- The category of the activity such as appointment, call, and SMS.

Specify this information in the Communication Content
section:
- Subject
- The main subject of the activity or external email.
- Details
- The details of the activity or external email.

Click Save.
Note: You can also use these options:
- Save and Add Task: Save the log activity and add a task to the related business for which the activity is logged.
- Save and Add Appointment: Save the log activity and add an appointment to the related business for which the activity is logged.
