Select a site for which you require to modify the details.

Specify this information in the Guest Rooms Control
Settings section:
- Revenue Center
- The type of service for which the revenue is
generated.
- Applied Rates
- The type of charge applied to the revenue
center.
- Include Guest Rooms Charges in Event Total
- Select this check box to ensure that the check box is
selected by default when displayed on the appropriate
page..
- Use Inclusive Pricing
- Select this check box to ensure that the check box is
selected by default when displayed on the appropriate
page.
- Reduce Inventory Counts for Specified
Bookings
- The calendar displays the inventory counts/number of
bookings based on the selected option. Possible values:
- All Bookings: Includes all the
bookings.
- Bookings at Tentative or beyond:
Includes tentative and definite bookings only.
- Bookings at Definite or beyond:
Includes definite bookings only.

Select the Use Guest Rooms Control Default Rates check
box, in the Use Guest Rooms Control Default Rates section,
to update the default room rates specified in the Setting, for the guest rooms
control rates values when copying an event

Click Save.
