Importing Ingredients

  1. Select Settings > Event Services > Import Ingredients. The Import Ingredients page is displayed.
  2. Click the required field reference in the Spreadsheet Column Labels section for copying the field reference to a spreadsheet file.
  3. Use these options in the Import Ingredients section:
    • Spreadsheet: To import the data related to ingredients in a spreadsheet file.
    • Test: To import the spreadsheet file for verifying whether the spreadsheet file is configured correctly.
    • Apply Updates: To import the file for updating the database permanently.
    • Apply Cost Changes to Function Menus: If this check box is selected, the cost change of the ingredient is applied to the function menu(s).
    • Cost Change Effective Date: The date on which the changed cost is applicable.
  4. Click Import.
