Changing status of event

  1. Select Events. The Events calendar page is displayed.
  2. Click the ellipses icon. A list of options is displayed.
  3. Click View Master Event List. The Master Event List page is displayed.
  4. Click a master event name. The Master Event details page is displayed.
  5. Click the ellipses icon in the Events section. A list of options is displayed.
  6. Click Change Status of Events. The Change Status of Events details page is displayed.
    Note: If you select the Generate Event Tasks check box, tasks are generated for each event if the lifecycle model of the event has tasks defined for the selected status.
  7. Select the event(s) in the Events section for which the status must be changed.
  8. Click a status that must be set for the selected event(s), in the Event Status section. A confirmation message is displayed.
    Note: 
    • You can change the status of the selected event(s) automatically by clicking the Next Available Hold option.
    • This option is not displayed if the status is set beyond Option Hold 5.
    • You can only move backward and forward within the five option hold stages.
  9. Click OK. The Change Status Queued page is displayed.
  10. Click Done.
